A Second Generation of Getting It Right.

Signature Roofing & Exteriors was founded in 2017 by AJ Gonzalez with a mission that sounds simple but is rare in the trades: take care of the customer. In an industry where homeowners are too often treated as transactions, AJ built Signature on the belief that honest work, clear communication, and standing behind every job would speak for itself.

In 2024, Chris Vastardis joined the company as a partner and owner, bringing deep expertise in roofing operations and insurance claim advocacy. Together, they have expanded Signature’s capabilities across roofing, siding, stucco, stone work, gutters, and complete exterior finishing — serving homeowners and businesses throughout Salt Lake County and Utah County.
